I loved the quirky delivery method of the sushi here! My sister and I ate a lot of different dishes here, and the staff were happy to merge our bills together so we didn't have to pay separately. Food is on coloured plates based on the prices, and runs on a conveyor belt (like yo sushi for those in the UK). You order on a touch screen and it arrives on a mini shinkanzen! My sister visited one in Fukuyama that has a mini game when counting the cost of the dishes, and rewards you with a gatcha pod containing a mini sushi keyring for free if you win the game. The smaller one we visited in Tokyo didn't have this game sadly.
